The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms were big enough for our stay and the online pictures were a good reflection of how the rooms actually are. I thought that the hotel was clean and the service was pretty good. After numerous trips to Milan I would say that the Hotel King is not the best hotel (but far from the worst). It’s location is definitely it’s strong point.

Comfortable rooms at the Hotel King. After a long train journey from Switzerland, a relaxing undisturbed sleep was just what I needed. The staff were very helpful and managed to pass with flying colours my constant questioning! The buffet breakfast was filling; not found many of them on my travels around southern Europe! My one reservation was the dusty room on arrival, could have been a bit cleaner but it was sorted while I had a walk around the centre. Excellent hotel!

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel King in 2001. We thought it was a good find then and so decided on returning. The place has been done up so was even better the second time around. The location is perfect, we walked to the cathedral almost every day. The room was quite small but we were always out exploring the city. The view was beautiful, lots of lovely buildings to be seen. The staff recommended a superb restaurant close to the hotel which, I really must admit, served food that was exquisite. I’ve never eaten so well in my life.
